Question Any help with random restarts?

I've put some money into this build and it was stable until recently. Over the last month or so I've been stricken with random restarts, no BSOD just a crash and reboot. I swapped to a different PSU to no avail, load tested the CPU and GPU, and checked the RAM and everything comes back A-OK. I updated my bios and all my drivers, cleaned the registry, everything i can think of. I've also started to get a lot of lag while playing games. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Hard to say where the problem is. Maybe the GPU, but can also be motherboard being defective.

Check the power and reset switches on the case

Thanks I hadn't really thought to check the switches or the fp connections to the mobo. I'll have to test that when i get home.
That said I ordered a new case and cooler (the cooler in my pcpartspicker build is a placeholder my cooler is old and not listed) thanks for the input guys.
