Any idea what this app is? (tech toolkit)

So when someone cleaned my pc for me I saw they were using this app called tech toolkit, and you can open things like CCleaner, etc. Any idea what this app is?

actually it's just a collection of portable software....from HDD diagnostics (DOS version), to ccleaner, malwarebyte and so on..you can make your own..just go and search google for portable apps.

It is quite a remarkable collection of freeware portable apps. However it is not free anymore. The amount they ask for is "Reasonable". Does anybody know how much that is in US$?
