For the longest time I've seen desktops that look cool. All about aesthetics and appearance. But what about laptops? What could I do with my laptop to give it a nice look (rather than just that meh stock look)? My laptop is an HP Pavilion g7-1365dx.

Otherwise Google it to see better images.

I'm talking in terms of LEDs, paint jobs, something that makes it stand out. Just throw ideas at me whatever it may be.

with limited room inside, lappies are somewhat difficult to mod per se,
although some led strips could be routed inside and pilot holes for them to shine through should be easy enough,
Paintjobs would be simple (lol) strip case and paint up/have airbrushed design, rebuild
maybe adding some feet intended for a desktop? the big 1" aluminium ones maybe or led lit ones,
the trick with adding lighting is where to get the power from though, usb plug/meld or splicing into a known voltage line elsewhere?

Not really :/

I guess I'd like to see examples or tutorials rather than just ideas. Anywhere I could go that this stuff happens more often?
