go for b560m motherboard, 256gb of ssd (klevv c710 or team mp33/mp34), 2tb wd purple or seagate skyhawk (dont do barracuda or bluue since it's now mostly SMR drives), and for psu go Corsair RM750/RM750X, Seasonic Focus Gold 750w, or Bitfenix Whispher 750w.

The B460 board is going to limit your RAM speed. You want a B560 board and 2x8GB 3200Mhz RAM.

Don't buy a 2tb hdd if you're going to use this for gaming.Cuz,It's not practical to buy a Hdd in 2021 It's not worth.but,If you have heavy storage needs buy it.

you shouldn't buy this ssd at this time.Atleast you should buy a 512gb ssd.

Don't buy a m.2 nvme ssd for this motherboard.Because,As I know this motherboard shares its m.2 slot's bandwidth with sata iii.It means one of your sata iii device will be disable when using a m.2 nvme ssd.If you want to buy one them, then you have to buy a motherboard which doesn't share its m.2 slot's bandwidth with sata III devices.

I agree with that.
You can also go for an ASUS rog strix 750w 80+platinum psu , which is made for heavy gaming.

it seems like you dont understand how the nvme works, also i disagree with hdd in 2021 is not worth. an nvme ssd is perfectly fine with that mobo, since it only have 4 slots (not 6) so nothing to disable, and the nvme is connected directly to the cpu pcie lanes iirc. there is no reason to not use an nvme drive and a hdd for that build.

Although i heard that psu is really an investment, there is no reason to buy enthusiast level psu if he is not planning to spend more psu above 80+ Gold certified ones, any good psu should be fine for heavy gaming.
