Your build is very nice, the only thing i would change is the power supply. The Corsair CS series is not for gaming or any high load tasks.

This power supply is a Tier 1, compared to your Tier 4 CS

I would downgrade the processor
And with the saved money buy a newer better Graphic card. The GTX 1060 is being announced today, so you should wait, or wait the custom cooled rx 480

I chanfed on the listlist the ram to a much faster, you can gain some fps
