Any kind of website to find a PC based on specs?

Basically is there a website where you can give the specs that you want and it gives you a list of computers that match the specs back?

I haven't seen one but there are some that let you build a PC by your specs.

You could look up PC by specs on newegg but its limited. Narrow your search type deal from the right side menu.
