Fry's (outpost.com) has put the Belkin 2 port kvm
out for $40 with a $20 rebate a couple of times recently.
It comes with all the cables soldered to it at one end.

Fry's (outpost.com) just put the AirLink mini-KVM 2 port on sale
for $19.99 with cables, no silly rebate mess to fool with.
