So any new launch which can support pcie 1.1 ?

I think you need to do some reading on PCI-E as a technology....we're on PCI-E 3.0

Pci-e have backward compatibility. So you don't have to worry about which graphic card support which PCIE version. Only have to be aware of AMD 6k and some of their 5k because some of them have issues with PCIE 1.1 (fixable via BIOS updates though some very old mobo which support ended much earlier before AMD releasing their PCIE 2.1 card will not have the fix).
