Any open source alternative to gparted for windows?

alternativeto.com tells that not a single one do exist...

Do you know an alternative?

Thanks

Are you looking for something like Gparted that runs in Windows itself?

The regular Gparted is more than enough for nearly anyone: https://gparted.org/

What are you trying to accomplish?
Do it work on windows? alternativeto.com doesn't say that

Well, I created a partition with wintows 98SE on a SDCARD using an adapter from SD to IDE and now I was trying to reduce the partition size and to create other partitions for Windows 95 and data

Using the disk management application of windows 10 doesn't allow me to reduce the size.

Now I tryed gparted using a bootable USB and doesn't let me too. So I'm deleting all and creating partitions for myself and reinstalling, I think whould be the best option.

Fat32 doesn't support resizing, any app that does it is copying the data deleting the partition creating a new one and copying the data back.
