i have an old windows xp os with an ide hard drive but new sata everything else.
the cddvd drive is the original sata drive, i didnt change this when changing out/upgrading my system.
now its telling me that the cddvd drive is ran on vista only os.
i didnt know that dvd drives was made for specific os!!!
if and when and where i buy a new cddvd drive how do i know if its for a windows xp os?
i need it to be sata cddvd drive...
does anyone know what i can do?
windows and samsung toshiba dont make a driver for windows xp, to use on this samsung toshiba cddvd drive!!
