Any other options beside satellite internet? :(

I'm currently living in a rural area and I have "Exede" satellite internet. The latency is absolutely unbearable since I like to play competitive games like Pubg, League of Legends, and Call of Duty. The only option is satellite internet around this area.. But is it possible to have anything better? We have great Verizon so maybe a hotspot of some sort might be better? It doesn't have to be GREAT internet just better... This 800 ping is a no-go.

If your Verizon service is good, then a cellular modem would be an option. Many Asus routers work with USB cellular modems if you want a regular router with cellular internet.
