[SOLVED] any part of my system needs upgrading?

this is my specs:

Mainboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme 4
Processor: Intel i5 4570S 2.90GHz
Memory: Kingston Hyper Beast 16GB PC3-12800
GPU 1: nVidia GeForce GTX 480
Power: Corsair CX600 Modular
Case: typhoo pro
Hard Disk: Seagate 1TB
ssd: 256gb
hard disk: 2tb

i have been told the psu needs upgrading but what about other components?

If your pc does everything, you need and does it with acceptable performance, then it doesn't need upgrading.
You upgrade only, if there is some issue.

Do you have any problem with your pc?

been told the psu is not reliable as alot of people have had problems with it,

the onlt problem i have at athe moment is the screen flickering which might be do to with the psu.

apart from screen flickering, everything seems fine, very happy with the temps too.

Screen flickering might be because of bad monitor. Or bad video cable.
Also could be bad graphics card.

Try different screen resolution, screen refresh settings.
Try with a different video cable, different monitor, different graphics card.
