Any problems with Gigabyte p67x-ud3-b3?

Hi!
I'm getting a new computer in a few days and this is what i will be buying:

CPU: Intel I5 2500K 3.3GHZ oc'd to 4.3

CPU cooling: Scythe Mugen 3

GPU: Gigabyte 570 GTX oc

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P67X-UD3-B3

Ram:2*Crucial 4GB DDR3 -1333

Case: Fractal Design core 3000

HDD: 2*western digital black caviar 500GB

I've searched for reviews about the MOBO and discovered that gigabyte motherboards with the P67/Z68 chipset have some problems. for example boot loops, problems when using the restart button, problems with overclocking etc...

I'd like to hear from people who own this board (or similar gigabyte motherboards) if they are having any issues with it.

what's the difference between Z68 and P67 motherboards?
anyway the store where i'm buying the pc from sells only gigabyte boards and the Z68A-D3H-B3 is actually a bit more expensive than the P67x-UD3-B3.
so are there any problems with the P67X that should make me worried?
