My temporary PSU is fsp450w 60apn, and my computer runs in heat range of 65-70C. Question is, if I will upgrade my PSU with 600W (Seasonic/Corsair), it will reduce the heat or not?. Moreover, my systems shut down when i played a high graphic game, i have 2 exhaust fans and no intake fans yet.

GPU: GTX 560
MoBo:Asus m5a97 pro
CPU: AMD vishera fx-8320 8 cores, 3.5ghz
RAM: 4gbx2 1866 mhz hyperfury

Solution
It can make your GPU run cooler. If your PSU is major source of heat because it's too weak, obtaining more powerful one will make PSU produce less heat and hence reduce system temperature, but if your PSU isn't overloaded, there will not be any major difference and probably no measurable difference.
If your PSU can't convert enough power and is of relatively good quality, it will shut down. Really cheap ones may die in such cases.
Seasonica, Corsair and XFX are some sweet choices and are the good one's to go for.
Your GPU minimum requirement is 450 W. I would say a 450W is enough, but its better you buy PSU of 500W-550W.

Good Luck.:) Peace.
getting a better PSU will not help with heat maybe a little but fans will remove heat here is the info I have on PSU's
PSU Tier list tier 1-2 are good for gaming

I would recommend an EVGA SuperNova Gold G2 / or new G3 /GS / GQ, Platinum P2 / PS, or Titanium T2 or a Seasonic M12-II Evo or S12-II
GOOD PSU EVGA is a B2, G2, G3, P2, GS, PS, or T2. Avoid the EVGA B1 and G1 series/ I bought a EVGA G3 with 7year garentee
