Any reason to upgrade my CPU cooler?

i'm doing major upgrades. gpu, cpu, mobo ect. and was gonna replace my cpu cooler. it's a Cooler Master 812...

but i'm not really seeing anything that seems worth getting. the specs of my 812 meet or beat any cooler of comparable size that i can see. and the larger ones take up much more room and may conflict w/ ram or gpu (haven't decided on ones yet but they'll be large lol, like ROG STRIX). the fan on mine has lotsa hours on it tho.
are there any great air coolers that might be better than that 812? THANKS

probably not. You could look into replacing the stock fan it comes with and use a higher end one instead. Though the only point in doing that is to get the same cooling but with less noise.
