I am planning to get a MSI PRO Z790 A-MAX WiFi and considering to pair it with i5 12600k.
For RAM, a Kit of Corsair Vengeance DDR 5 16GB 6000MHz.
I need the extra SATA ports, SPDIF, plus some others, hence leaning towards Z790. I tend to keep my system for more than 7 years. So i prefer to get one with more features than what I need today.
Are there any known issues with this Mobo or combination?Is there something better and reliable I should consider? I read that MSI boards tend to be a hit or miss, not sure what that means or if it applies to this board.
