Question Any recommendation for 40Gbps NVMe SSD enclosure?

Hi, just bought an ACASIS 40Gbps enclosure and it is DOA already. What other recommendation do you have? Are ORICO enclosures faster and more reliable?

The one and only Orico external thing I bought, years ago, was also DOA.

You have to be careful.....I think some of them support M.2 SATA only, some support NVMe, some support drives no larger than 1 TB, etc.

You have to fiddle with very tiny screws, maybe thermal tape, etc. Took me 15 minutes or so to get it up and running as I recall, but was impressed when finished.

I suspect many of the choices you see are effectively identical, with different brand names slapped on them. Commodities as usual with computer gear.
