What do you think?
I will be glad to hear your opinions..

1) When overclocking the CPU to 5Ghz and overclocking the GPU, would the RAM I have chosen operate at the mentioned frequency which is (3200MHz) on Asus prime z270-a?
2) Is the PSU I have chosen suitable for my build when I plan to overclock the CPU, GPU and possibly the RAM?

Wouldnt go for Noctua industrial fans.
They are noisy for obvious reasons.
If the consumer Noctuas aren't pretty enough for you, get Phanteks fans instead.
850W PSU isn't needed unless you're looking to Sli. If it's for silence, the fan profile of Corsair's RMi is quieter. 550-650W suffice easily.

Nice gaming build.

Hello again Isokolon,

I have changed the PSU as you suggested to EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold.
One last question:
When overclocking the CPU to 5Ghz and overclocking the GPU, would the RAM I have chosen operate at the mentioned frequency which is (3200MHz) on Asus prime z270-a?

The NEX is not recommended.
Aim for the G2 G3 or GS. Much better quality.

I have no idea about oc Kaby lake
With skylake (Intel 6x00) higher clocked ram helped ocing the CPU actually.
No idea if it's the same with Kaby lake.

Keep in mind 5GHz is rare, you're usually looking at 4.7-4.8GHz

I have changed the PSU to: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 750W 80+ Gold since I am planning to overclock the CPU and GPU

Are there any other recommendations?
