well you already have a pretty high end CPU so I doubt you would see any noticeable difference unless you want to play at 240fps at 1080p lol
at Higher resolutions, you would be GPU bount not CPU so we would need to know why you feel the need to upgrade, and what resolution you play at?

Im still playing at 1080p with 60hz been planning on looking for a new monitor but not expensive one
Will these specs be good for upcoming games ?

WoW multi-player is brutal on the cpu. Especially higher quantity raid groups.

Honestly, either a 10900 or ditch the B460 in favor of a B660 and 12400, because comparatively to either, the 10400 is a 1-legged dog in a greyhound race.

At 1080p, exactly no difference between hdmi and DP. Still way under the bandwidth capable of either coming from that gpu. You'd need a 1440p /144Hz+ monitor to give the hdmi possible issues.

What about b560 motherboard ?

If you go that route then you want to get 3200mhz RAM to get the most out of that cpu.

I might get new cpu aswell with it and still I will need 3200mhz ram ? Because I have the rams I bought and in the title it say 3200mhz is just that my pc is locked to 1330
