any solution to fix damaged micro sd card which is not yet Formatted?? Please!

I'v been searching for data recovery software to fix my micro sd card.
Its problems r..
-can't b mounted on ph,
-nor recognized by pc and says "need to format",
-shows memory as 1GB instead of 8GB,
-can't b read by any data recovery software i'v tried (as ZAR,Vibosoft,EaseUS,TestDisk,Data Recovery Pro,Micro sd card data recovery,StellarPhoenix,etc) :"(

It is,however, NOT YET FORMATTED till now!!
So, please HELP ME on this!
SHOULD I FORMAT it first? or is there any solution to recover my photos on it, without formatting it???

I have personally done successful data recovery off a sd card exactly like this. Where windows wants to format but the card is fine.

Use Hirens boot cd there is enough data recovery software on there that works great. You have to always use deep scan settings in data recovery software to get the data back.

Don't format this ever. Not unless you're done 100%.
