If you're getting the 2080 instead of the 2080 super variant because you've found a cheaper option, then I understand. However, with either variant, you do not need a 850 watt PSU. The recommended wattage for that card is 650 watts. Thus you can save a few more bucks here if you want. That will work just fine with your CPU and board requirements as well.

Everything else is fine.
