I already have every component besides the Video Card and the Power Supply. So, whadda you guys think? Everything's compatible right?

they are compatible ,

note

1. get a 1150 lga cpu as well as a z97mobo . you can get one for the same price

2. 1333mhz is decent you wont find a difference while aming(maybe 1-2 fps at the max) but it is suggested that you get a 1866mhz for 80$

3.that PSU is an overkill unless you plan on a crossfire

4. get win 8.1 , it is unsure (most likely not) wether it will get dx12 . it cost the same price

Yeah I already have the z77 mobo and the 1333mhz RAM, so thats why i didnt upgrade those. And yeah the 750w is overkill for the current system, but it was only $40 after rebates! i had to take it haha, and plus it gives me more room to upgrade in the future.

I really want to, but buying one is out of my budget currently 🙁. Plus I already have the i3.

but dont expect too much in recent games as they are extremely cpu demanding
