Any up comming Samsung M.2

Been looking for an M.2 drive for my PC And want to stay with Samsung. Ive found the Samsung 850 EVO Series 500GB M.2 SSD. but was wanting to know if there was any thing bigger coming out in the next few months.

Well there is the Samsung SM951 512GB, which will come in both PCIe and NVMe flavors.

Intel, however, is a bit ahead in die shrink and will have a 1.2TB model 750 drive that can be used in M2 (with an SFF-8639 to SFF-8643 cable Intel provides, plus a SFF-8643 to M.2/SATA power connector adapter).
