Question Any way to control SATA RGB fans?

I bought a 4 set of cheap 120mm RGB fans (Uphere) from a drop shipper but they screwed up and I didn't receive a hub (they refunded me and told me to keep the fans). The fans only have a male and female SATA connector that enables them to daisy chain and connect to a SATA connector direct from the PSU. I am able to use them in this manner, but they are always on and I can't control the speed or the RGB (which is in the default rainbow colours ring pattern). I tried to buy a hub that appeared to be the same as the one they were meant to come with, but when it arrived I found that it had different 6-pin fan headers, not SATA, so it was useless. Is there any kind of SATA fan hub or connector I could get for them, or am I just going to have to use them as is and maybe buy something else in future (also difficult because my MSI B450 Gaming Plus motherboard doesn't have 5v 3-pin RGB headers, only JRGB1 RGB connectors and regular 4-pin 12v fan headers)?

No. If the fans only have an interface for power. There's no controlling anything else, with the exception of using an inline resistor to decrease fan speed.
