Question Any way to get my XFX RX460 fans to start at 40C instead of 60C?

I have a XFX RX460 on my Gigabyte GA-45T-ES3G. The fans don't start until the card gets to 60C. I would rather they start at 40C, is there a way to do this?

Use a gpu tweaking program like MSI afterburner to set a custom fan profile.
