any word on battlefront beta?

just wondering if anyone had any word on open or closed beta for star wars battlefront.

they had an alpha signup a few weeks back but virtually no 1 was selected as they had very stringent criteria.
i have no idea what the criteria was but i and many others didnt meet it.

theres a good chance they will have either an open beta or a pre-order beta later in the year though. typically that happens 2 weeks before the official launch of an e.a game to test server integrity and stability.

so October/November. would be my guess.
