Running Dual Monitors ?

I can just change the Cpu,Motherboard,Case,Fan. cuz i have everything else.

how about a Samsung SH-224DB ?

I've had problems with my gpu so i returned it and got my money back and i wasn't quite pleased with msi so i hope another gpu can fit in this budget. My budget is 530usd and i have 650w. So what should i buy ?

I asked around about it and most people said that my power supply is terrible and i need to get a better one 🙁

Cooler Master G650M (650W Plus Bronze), the problem is now that i can't return it and it's like throwing 80dollars in the toilet. They said that something like a SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W or the Antec High Current Gamer HCG-620M is good, antec is a little bit cheaper -🙁

I'm looking at getting a GIGABYTE GV-R929OC-4GD maybe or something.
