Made myself a new install media usb, updated my two systems with it and the only issue seems to be the task manager crashing once after each boot or restart.

I think the version I'm running now is: 22621.521

Well just putting it out there.

Oh, nice new look and functions of the task manager!

Its too late now since OP reinstalled win 10, but it is possible cause was a service called Device Association Service was to blame. I know of one other person with Task Manager freezing in Win 11 22H2 and he fixed it by disabling service. It should be set to manual and as such not running so actual cause might be a Driver for a USB Dongle or Wifi

The only issue I have noticed having so far is merely mildly annoying. I keep a File Explorer window open at work all day to move between file locations. I have noticed that after being open an undetermined amount of time that the "Home" tab (Quick Access) will be displayed twice. Aside from that, haven't noticed anything outward.

My point exactly, before this 22H2 which is riddled with those red flags constantly even on a clean install.

A public release should not see a single flag nor in the event viewer or the reliability monitor, if that is achievable then I will roll with that OS!
I recently put Win 11 22H2 on a new Gateway laptop and have had no issues whatsoever. Event Viewer is fine. Well, aside from the DCOM warnings that Microsoft refuses to fix, that have been around forever.

If your CPU isn't supported, it's NOT supported. Simple as that. You can't expect ANY level of service if running on a CPU that isn't supported.
