Question Anydesk and Teamviewer wont connect

Hi, the computer have windows 10 and have fiber internet but when i open anydesk or team viewer they say that dont connect to network... Any idea? I am trying to conect to computer but the programs wont connect to the network... Thanks

Sounds like a firewall is blocking them. What are you running for security software?

Hi, its avast free, it could be windows security to block this?
