then you should definitely go for the 1070 instead of the 970, are u planning to SLI in the future? if not a 650W psu will suffice.

as video card. I am going to do dual monitor and have two Samsung CF398 monitor currently which supports only HMDI. I need to get HMDI to VGA cable also.
Any suggestion about fans?
