Anyone got a spare Fractal R3 front connector?

I damaged the front panel connectors on my Fractal R3 case by tripping over the headphone wires, and pulling them out. I know some people will have upgraded their R3 case to USB 3.0, so I'm wondering if anyone still has their old USB 2 front panel connectors? I looked at buying a replacement part but with shipping and VAT it would almost be cheaper to buy a used case instead.

Alternatively, if anyone knows where to get a reasonably priced USB 3.0 upgrade kit for the R3, that would do nicely
