Question Anyone know a way to play an audio file over Google Voice, Windows 10, on desktop?

Hey all. I'm using a Windows 10 desktop computer and Google Voice.

What I need to do is play an audio file mp3 wav or whatever after I have connected to the person I am calling.

So what I want is to connect to a person using Google Voice and when they answer, hit play audio on something and have the audio transmitted over Google Voice so the receiving person can hear the audio file.

Anyone ever hear of a way to do this.

When I am connected to Google Voice, and use the typical audio players, they do not connect to and transmit the audio over the Google Voice connection.
