You can break Stereo out of your PC for input to a TV by using a cable that was originally designed for connecting portable CD players to home stereos. These cables are so common I find them in the Electronics isle of my local Miejers department store for $3. They are a 3-foot long, stereo minijack to 2 RCA adapter cable. They connect from line out on the PC to audio in on the TV.
