Anyone know of a HDD Dock thats faster than 60 MB/s?

Hi, ive tried a few USB 3 & USB 3.1 HDD docks and i can't find one that transfers faster than 60MB/s. Can anyone recommend a fast one for rapid transfer of heaps of data? Regardless of brand, they seem to be limited by a dodgy controller.

Note: Yes my usb drivers are A-ok. e.g. my sandisk extreme thumb drive writes at over 190 MB/s.
Also they are WD black drives. so their write speed aint the issue.

Bizarre. I had a thought that it might be the back USB ports (they are usb 3) and tried the front USB ports i use with the thumb drives.
It worked, over 100MBs! plugged back in to back USB ports and it works same speed - 100MB+

Nothings changed to the drivers (that im aware of) The win10 o/s install is well over a year old and had this dock for over 2 years and could never get over 60MBs, and recently took one back to store. (purchased in the hope that it was faster).
