Question Anyone Know This Noise?

My PC has this really high pitched wine too it and I cant seem to figure it out. I've turned all my chasis fans down to not spinning at all and it still persists.. My CPU fan is the Dark Rock 4 so I doubt that's it considering I just installed it about two weeks ago. Maybe it is? I've turned my GPU fans down to 0 rpm and it still continues. My guess was PSU because what else could it really be?

I think it could be my GPU.. Asus RTX 2060 Super.. possibly these phantek cable mods?

Pretty sure its GPU coil whine sadly... When I launch games it makes the noise. My PC is silent aside from that so its very noticeable... Sucks that a GPU would do this
