Is it plugged in? If it is go to its entry in device manager, go to details tab change it to hardware ids. Copy whats here in Google

There should be a sticker with a code or something. To say what it is

this is actually just a card I found while looking around on ebay. Just wondering what it is because it is a fairly good price. I think it may be some kind of radeon r7 250.

nevermind, found out what it is, it's a powercolor radeon r7 250. Thanks anyway,

its kinda shady how its a powercolor model but missing all the powercolor markings. I dont think ill order it.
