If you see it anywhere else significantly 'cheaper', it is almost certainly not legit.
It costs what it costs.

Generally on ebay you can find a legal product key for sale for about $40-$50, all secured through paypal payments through trusted sellers. Otherwise you're looking to a difference of a few dollars (around $90), depending on where you buy it.
