Solution
well I looked at the specifications on your HP elides 800 G1 tower model with an I7 http://www.hp.com/hpinfo/newsroom/press_kits/2013/HPDiscover2013/HPEliteDesk800_datasheet.pdf
inputted the data into this PSu calculator and with the 1050ti it consumed 275W, word of advise, do not over clock anything on this computer...

OuterVision PSU Calculator part list

Motherboard: Desktop CPU: 1 x Intel Core i7-4790 CPU Speed: 3600MHz CPU Vcore: 1.2V
CPU Utilization: 90%
Memory: 2 x 8GB DDR3 Module
Video Card Set 1: 1 x NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti Core Clock: 1290MHz Memory Clock: 1752MHz
Storage: 1 x SATA 7.2K RPM
Optical Drive: 1 x DVD-RW/DVD+RW Drive
Keyboard: 1 x Standard Keyboard
Mouse: 1 x Standard Mouse
Fan: 2 x 120mm
Computer Utilization: 8 hours per day

HP internal 320W Power Supply, Active PFC, up to 94% efficient meaning = 300W

how can i know if my motherboard bios will or wont detect the gpu!!!!!

Check an HP forum. Boards used by the OEM PC builders tend to be supported awkwardly and inconsistently, so it's hard to give good answers (one of many reasons we don't recommend pre-builts, especially to people who intend on making upgrades).

buy at a local store try it, if it doesn't work re-box and return for incompatible or doesn't fit in case reason, store will give money back especially if you do it inside 48 hrs.,( of course this could be different if your not in north America) its hard to say if the HP will be a problem or not with that video card, but it looks like a more modern hardware than most, so the odds might be in your favor.

updated bios and its working peerectly thanks B)

@Tahshin
Did you get the
msi gtx 1050 oc
or the
msi gtx 1050 TI oc ?

@tviper20
both should work, because both are very equal chips and hardware generations
both doesn´t need an extra PCIe power connector

I think almost all graphics cards till now are supported, as long as the cards doesn´t need an extra PCIe power connector.
With another power supply it would be no problem to install e.g. a GTX 1070 or RX 580
