Better quality PSU, for less. It has all the necessary cables.
Higher clocked memory kit, for less.
This Hyper 212X will be sufficient only for mild overclocking.

Also, i'd consider 16gb ram, 8gb is on the edge these days.

I'd avoid Kingston V300, it has bad reputation. Samsung is more reliable/better performance wise.
