Planning to build a pc in Victoria for 1080p gaming
A few things not so sure:
1, only crucial ram has lower latency, anything fishy?
2, 750w. Cm mwe same price as 550w V2
3, some say g24f has coil whine at high Hz, still bet for it?
4, b660 seems overpriced, same as some z690, what price should be normal?

You are missing a graphics card. The "F" CPU has no built-in graphics.

I know gpu is missing and i am not willing to overpay now for rtx3060 for 999aud

I initially plan a 3060tie but seems like production has stopped

Then if you want to build a functioning PC, you need to get a used low end card, switch to a non F sku, or go with a Ryzen 5600g/5700g, for some gaming capability, while you wait for a better GPU deal. You can get a faster NVME drive, for a little less than that SATA SSD. Personally, I would do something like this, so I could at least do some gaming, while trying to get said GPU.

Then it sounds like this is a "what if" list. If this isn't a short term purchase, then I would wait to decide on a parts list when you are ready to buy. Could be lots of changes next week.
I need pc setup very soon , say in 2 weeks, see what 3050 offers with no expectations
Getting a monitor first anyway , worst may be paired with chromecast/ dex...

But can anyone see potential issues of yhe list?

SN550 is dramless, but faster than an MX500. The MX500 is a great drive. I own a couple myself, but they are still slower drives.

I chose that monitor, as it has a 1ms response time, without the noticeably different refresh rate. Either is probably fine, though. Just check out some reviews, and then decide. I typically don't worry much about the color/contrast, as my eyes are not very good at telling the difference. Personally, I would get neither, but I am spoiled by my 1440p monitors, even if they are only 60hz.
