Actually that looks pretty good! The only thing I would change would possibly be the PSU but Antec is still a decent brand if prices don't allow.

Im going to change my keyboard and mouse to spare some cash, and get a better case or something

I recommend the HAF912 again and again. I've had mine for 3 years and I love it. Excellent cable management and room for two huge 200mm fans. It does get a little dusty having a mesh front, but with regular cleaning it's not too much of a hassle.

There are some improvements to be made. The first thing that jumps out is the ram. 1 x 8gb stick is better switched to 2 x 4gb sticks. I'd also look at jumping up to at least a 22" monitor. I think the difference in price would be worth it.

Other than that, I don't see much else to change. I'm not a huge fan of that particular 760 though, maybe check out the 7950/270x Radeon cards instead?
