Ummm there is a lot wrong with that. I'm fairly certain a lot of those parts won't even fit together. I think you need to get back to the drawing board.

I would get a slightly bigger case and better parts.

Do you know how to Overclock your CPU ?
Because you can take a R9 270x and buy a CPU Cooler aftermarket also. It may give you more stable perfomance.

Not price difference but this CPU may have problem with R9 280 because is a beast card.
I just add you a good one for your budget (GTX 750ti) and give better CPU options for now and for the future.

I think you need a Z87 or Z97 motherboard for overclocking

Nah you overclock your cpu with a H87-97 but you dont have so much overclocking potential.
But Asrock Z97M Pro4 cost only +15$ so...
