Anywhere I can get a replacement fan for the Radeon 7700?

My fan for my 7700 doesn't work and can get up to close to 100 C° when playing Overwatch and I don't feel like buying a new GPU just because a $20 dollar fan isn't working. Are some of these fans universal or are they all specific to the type of card.
