Question AOC monitor flashes lines when powered on and when PC boots ?

The monitor I am using is AOC CQ27G2

When I turn on my PC, I receive the startup screen, and can even access bios and once I leave that area, the monitor flashes horizontal lines and then goes to a black screen. I have tried resetting my graphics driver, which has worked once, and is not working. I also have this monitor plugged into a nintendo switch and it works like a charm. Any help is appreciated.
