Question aoc monitor not turning on after resoldering

my aoc g2490vx was having issues with a cold circuit (monitor would only do 75hz) so i fixed it but a new issue came up





first time i plugged it in after resoldering, it made to the desktop for 30 seconds then power off and never powered back on again



i have tried

- 3 different power cables and plugging them into another monitor and they work

- plugging it in straight to my wall and not my surge protector

-checking if all the wires were plugged into the right slots

-accidently finding out power was going through because i got shocked because i forgot to unplug it (that hurt) :/





i have attached the power supplys back but nothing looks burnt
