[SOLVED] AOC OR ACER ..27 OR 24..1080 OR 1440.. Which one should I get?

I don't have the most knowledge about monitors, I'm looking for a new gaming monitor which suits my computer specs.

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-980x (12M Cache, 3.33 GHz ) (NO OC)
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti G1 Gaming 6GB
Ram: G.Skill 16GB DDR3-2133 memory
Motherboard: GIGABYTE X58A-UD7
SSD 128GB & HDD WD 1TB
PSU: Corsair RM1000i PSU
System type: Windows 10 Pro Professional

Currently i have Samsung 22" BX2331 LED" 1920x1080 2ms Full HD.

I play games like Call of Duty Warzone, Pubg Steam, Pubg Mobile, GTA V, The Witcher, Red Dead Redemption 2, Forza Horizon, Sekiro, NEED FOR SPEED, Fifa, Dying Light 2, Resident Evil 3 Remake, Devil May Cry, Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Assassins Creed.

I'm not a monitor guru....but one thing that strikes me is they are all 144Hz monitors....but with a GTX 980 Ti....it's going to be a struggle to get 144 fps with decent games.

I'm seeing about 70-80 fps with Witcher 3 at 1080p and I'm seeing about 70 fps with GTA V at 1080p.
