It would be really useful if "Tom's Hardware" took notice of the comments on their site. Then when reality takes hold and the product isn't really the 'best thing since sliced bread" then they could apply a little 'electronic' correcting fluid to their articles. I now have two AOC I2367FH monitors sat side by side.
Contrary to the hype and misleading packaging the gap between adjacent 'lit' panels is 22mm. So not exactly borderless. Though, if you pull out the power cables the effect is very close.
Contrast this article with the, related story, 'AOC Releases 27-inch "Borderless" IPS Monitor for $299'. Where borderless is in quotes - promoted from the main text. You would think this was better, yes? Indicating that the reviewer has dug deep and found the truth?
No, not quite. The bezel is still quoted as being 2mm, but the link in the first sentence, to http://us.aoc.com/monitor_displays/i2757fh, indicates the bezel is 5.8mm. Why link to a site if you haven't read it?
Do you think the US website is more accurate because if they were so inaccurate the would be sued?
