AOC U3277PWQU UHD - Windows 10 only shows 8 bit in properties

I am running AOC U3277PWQU UHD on Windows 10 (1809) Intel Nuc with Intel 620 UHD Graphics.

In the Monitor properties it only says 8 bit and not 10 bit as the panel is advertised as. Is that right or what could be the issue?

Are you using DisplayPort?

No I only have HDMI out on the Intel Nuc but I guess then that 10 bit needs DisplayPort?
