Aorus 1080 Fan Replacement

Anyone know where I can replace the fan for the Aorus 1080 that came with the Aorus Box? The fans are Oversized so it will touch the motherboard of my new PC. I need a fan that has 3 holes (hole space of 50mm or 5cm).
Or is possible to replace the black fan back-plate that attaches to the heatsink and then buy a totally different size fan?

I decided to shorten my fans. I had them measured 1 cm each blade, and then cut.
