RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengence AMD expo

Hi guys first time on the forum, my 360 cooler has just stopped reading temps and ive done almost everything to try and fix it, i have 2 usb2 front headers on my mobo and tried both but still not working ive updated literally everything from aorus engine to windows, ive tried to uninstall and reinstall arous engine and all gigabyte software and yet it still says 00 temps, it shows all other information like my cpu so it seems like everything else works BUT detecting temps no i have no clue at this point what the hell is causing this problem ive looked in BIOS and temps are being deted and i can see my temps but aorus engine just for some reason cant detect please helppppp
